A client tells you they will be in Paris for a week. Charles de Gaulle on Sunday, showroom appointments across the city, a dinner on the Left Bank, a day trip to Champagne and a Friday flight from Orly. They want the trip to feel the way it does at home: the right car, a chauffeur who is early and discreet, no surprises.

If your fleet is in Miami, Dubai or Sydney, you need a Paris partner. LimoFarmOut lets you post that work, pay for it once, and have a verified Paris chauffeur take it. If you drive in Paris, the same board brings you work from operators who would never otherwise find you.

Why Paris trips leave other cities every week

Paris pulls visitors for business and pleasure in equal measure. Two main airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly, handle most arrivals, and Paris–Le Bourget is one of Europe's best-known business aviation airports. La Défense is a major business district just outside the city. Fashion weeks, trade fairs, Roland-Garros in late spring and a year-round flow of luxury shopping and hotel stays bring travellers who arrive with their own expectations, and often with their own car company back home.

That company is the one the client calls. It is also the company that has to find a Paris chauffeur, quickly, without losing control of the client.

Following one trip through the platform

Here is how an operator in New York would cover that Paris week.

  1. Post each part of the trip in Paris. The CDG arrival with flight number and terminal, the hourly showroom days, the Champagne day and the Orly departure. Pickup times are set in Paris time, so the local driver sees what the client sees on their watch.
  2. Pay once, when posting. The card is charged and the money held. Unfunded jobs never reach the job board.
  3. A verified Paris chauffeur accepts. Their licences, commercial insurance and vehicle documents were checked by a person before they could take paid work.
  4. The client receives texts in the operator's name. Driver, vehicle and a live tracking link arrive through a private trip number. The arrival flight is tracked.
  5. The chauffeur is paid after each drop-off. The payout is released automatically within 48 hours.

For the hourly days, the minimum is 3 hours for sedans and SUVs and 5 hours for other vehicles. A long day trip like Champagne is a good place to agree conditions in advance; waiting time, overtime, parking, tolls and extra stops are added and paid through the platform when the job ends.

Paris and the VTC register

In France, chauffeured car services operate under the VTC system (voiture de transport avec chauffeur), and the government keeps an official register of VTC operators. Anyone driving or organising chauffeur work in Paris should check their obligations at official sources rather than in a blog post. Airport information for CDG, Orly and Le Bourget is on the Paris Aéroport site.

LimoFarmOut does not interpret French rules. It does check, by a real person, that each driver has uploaded valid licences and commercial insurance before they can take work, and it reminds drivers 30, 7 and 1 day before a document expires. An expired required document blocks new jobs until it is replaced.

For Paris chauffeurs: work from abroad without the risk

Many Paris chauffeurs already take work from foreign operators. The usual problems are familiar: a client that changes plans, an invoice paid late, or a trip cancelled the night before with nothing paid.

On LimoFarmOut:

Each job also carries a promise from you: no contact with the poster's client, now or later. Phone numbers and emails typed in the chat are removed. That protection is what lets an operator in Tokyo or Toronto give you a client they have spent years building. The chauffeur jobs page has more for drivers.

Speaking the client's language

Paris trips bring together operators, chauffeurs and passengers from many countries. LimoFarmOut is available in six languages, including French, and every phone field has a country flag picker, so a passenger's mobile from abroad works with the private trip line.

The rest of the trip

A Paris client usually needs a hotel and flights as well as a car. If you arrange those too, the travel desk searches flights, hotels, resorts and activities through our partner BookingWorldwide.net. Bookings are finished on the partner's secure site.
