Fill Idle Limo Cars With Prepaid Affiliate Work
Limo affiliate work for quiet days: take prepaid overflow jobs from operators worldwide, name your chauffeur, keep the full payout and get paid within 48 hours.

A limo parked in your yard still costs money. Insurance, finance payments, licences and the chauffeur you want to keep busy all carry on whether the car moves or not. Tuesday afternoons, the weeks after New Year, the gap between wedding season and the holidays: every operator has stretches where good vehicles sit still.
Meanwhile, somewhere in your city, another operator has a client and no car. That's the trip you want.
This post covers how to take limo affiliate work on LimoFarmOut when your own cars are idle: how to set up your company, how to see the right jobs, how payment works, and how to protect your standing as an affiliate others want to use.
Give work and take work
Most limo companies are on both sides of farm-out. On busy nights you need extra cars; on quiet days you have cars to spare. On LimoFarmOut you don't need two accounts for that.
When you sign up, choose I drive and farm out. You can take jobs from other operators when you're free and post the trips you can't cover when you're busy. If you run a dispatch-only company that never drives, pick I farm out instead; if your company takes a job, you still name the chauffeur. You can change how you work later from your account, and your jobs, payouts and documents stay where they are.
For the posting side, see never turning down a booking. This post is about the other half.
Set up your fleet once
Before you can accept jobs, three things need to be in place:
- Payout setup with Stripe. Add your identity and bank details through Stripe, the payment company. Your bank details go to Stripe, not to LimoFarmOut. Payouts are in your country's currency.
- Documents approved. Photo, driver's licence, chauffeur or livery licence, commercial insurance, vehicle ownership and vehicle photos. A person reviews each one, usually within a business day.
- Vehicle types ticked. Under Fleet, tick every type you run. You only see jobs for the types you tick, so an unticked Sprinter means Sprinter jobs pass you by.
If you run party buses, minibuses or coaches, your bus operating authority also needs to be approved under Documents.
Documents are watched for you. You get reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before anything expires, and an expired required document blocks you from taking jobs until it's renewed, so keep renewals ahead of the date. Our live post on verified chauffeurs covers the review in detail.

See jobs the moment they're posted
Turn on job alerts on the phones of the people who decide what you take. New jobs in your city reach the phone the moment they're posted. On iPhone, add the site to the Home Screen first and open it from there; private browser windows block alerts.
You can also browse the job board by city and country. Jobs show the payout, vehicle, time, route and any conditions, such as a suit and tie, water or a name sign, before you accept.
Accept for your company and name the chauffeur
When you accept a job for your fleet, you name the chauffeur, their mobile and the vehicle. The chauffeur's mobile is the one that can use the private passenger line, and the poster sees your company as responsible for the trip. If you're driving it yourself, choose to drive it instead.
Before accepting, you confirm two things on every job: that you meet every listed condition, and that neither you nor your chauffeur will contact the poster's client or passenger directly, now or later. Treat that promise as the core of your reputation. Operators farm out to affiliates they trust with their clients. Breaking it can close your account.
Price too low? Counter-offer
If a job's payout doesn't work for a quiet-day trip across town, you don't have to take it or leave it. Send a counter-offer with your price. If the poster agrees, they pay the difference before you drive. Some jobs are posted as taking offers, where you send your price along with your free waiting time and extra-hour rate, and the poster compares offers side by side.
When you set waiting terms, be realistic. A lower price with generous free waiting can win the job at an airport, but only if you're comfortable with it.
Get paid without invoicing
This is where affiliate work used to hurt: invoice, wait thirty or sixty days, chase. On LimoFarmOut every job is prepaid by the poster before you see it.
- You keep the full payout shown. Drivers and affiliates pay no fee on jobs.
- After you close the trip, the poster has 24 hours to report a problem. After that window your money is released on its own, no later than 48 hours after drop-off.
- A new client's first 5 trips are released within 84 hours, to protect everyone from card fraud.
- Money reaches your bank free in 1-2 business days, or in minutes with instant cash-out for a flat $2.
- Waiting time, overtime, parking, tolls and extra stops are added when you close the trip, and the poster approves and pays them. Tips arrive with your payout.
For the bookkeeping side, monthly statements are available to download as a spreadsheet or by email; see records for every farmed-out trip. Our live post on instant cash-out explains same-day payouts.
Protect your standing
Affiliates who get steady work tend to do a few things well:
- Only accept what you can run. Giving a job back puts it back on the board and counts against your account. Repeated give-backs can pause it.
- Keep the car and chauffeur to the photos. The vehicle that turns up should match the one the poster saw.
- Use the trip steps. En route, on location, passenger on board, completed. The poster and passenger can follow along.
- Look after the rating. Posters rate every trip with stars, reasons and a comment. Good ratings and verified documents bring more work.
Late cancellations protect your time too. If the poster cancels less than 24 hours before pickup after you've accepted, you're paid part of the payout. If you're on location and the passenger doesn't show, you're paid in full.
Want more operators to know your company? List it on the LimousineWorldwide.Directory, the worldwide register of chauffeur and limousine operators. Payouts run on Stripe Connect Express.
