Prom, Wedding and Concert Nights: Add Limo Capacity Fast
Plan prom and wedding limo overflow before the busy season. Farm out extra stretch limos, party buses and sedans to verified, prepaid chauffeurs nearby.

Some nights decide your year. A Saturday in prom season, a June wedding weekend, a stadium concert that ends at 11 p.m.: the phone rings with more bookings than you have vehicles, and every one of them is a client who will remember whether you came through.
You can't buy a stretch limo for one Saturday. You can plan how you'll cover prom and wedding limo overflow long before the night arrives. This guide covers how to use a prepaid farm-out network to add capacity on peak nights without risking the event, the client or your reputation.
Peak nights are predictable. Plan for them.
The busy dates are rarely a surprise. Proms cluster in spring. Weddings bunch up on Saturdays in the warmer months. Big concerts and sports finals are announced months ahead.
So start early:
- List your known peak dates for the season: school proms you already serve, weddings on your calendar, major events in your city.
- Count your vehicles by type for each date. A wedding needs the right car, not just any car.
- Decide your overflow line. Once a date is full, every extra booking you accept will be farmed out. Know that before the client calls, so you can say yes confidently.
- Post overflow trips as soon as they are confirmed. A trip posted weeks ahead gives drivers time to plan, and gives you time to see who takes it.
Match the vehicle to the occasion
On LimoFarmOut you choose the vehicle type when you post, from sedans, SUVs and Sprinters to stretch limos, party buses and coaches. Drivers only see jobs for the vehicle types they supply, so a party-bus booking reaches people who actually run party buses.
Affiliates offering buses and coaches upload their operating authority, and our team checks it. Every driver's licence, chauffeur or limo licence, commercial insurance, registration and vehicle photos are checked by a person before they can take a job.
If you want to see the car before you commit, post the job as taking offers. Each offer shows approved vehicle photos, the chauffeur's rating and the waiting terms, side by side.

Hourly bookings, waiting time and overtime
Event work is usually hourly. A wedding car waits through the ceremony and photos. A prom group wants a pickup, a dinner stop and a ride home. Set it up so nobody argues at midnight.
- Hourly minimums. Hourly jobs have a minimum of 3 hours for sedans and SUVs and 5 hours for other vehicles, such as stretch limos and party buses.
- Extra-hour rate. When you post, set the rate for each extra hour. On hourly jobs it is also used for overtime if the night runs long.
- Free waiting. For point-to-point trips, state how much waiting is included before the extra-hour rate starts.
- Extras through the platform. Overtime, waiting, parking, tolls and extra stops are added by the driver when they close the trip, and you approve them before they are paid.
That last point matters on a wedding day. Nobody is handing over cash in the car park. You see the extra, you approve it, and it's paid on the platform. Read setting payouts and conditions for more on writing clear terms.
Conditions make the night feel like yours
A farmed-out car should look like it came from your garage. List what you need as conditions on the job, for example:
- Suit and tie
- Water in the car
- A name sign at pickup
- Wi-Fi on board
Before accepting, the driver confirms they meet every condition. For a wedding, add the timeline details to the job notes: ceremony address, photo location, reception. Everything for the trip is on the driver's screen.
When plans change on the day
Events move. The bride is running late; the prom dinner finishes early. From the job page you can change the pickup time, and the driver sees the new time at once in the chat and on their trip screen, while the passenger gets a text. If the driver can't make it, the job returns to the board automatically and you can ask for a replacement driver.
Cancellations are clear too. Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup, after a driver has accepted, pays the driver part of the payout for holding the time. If the driver is on location and the passengers don't show, the driver is paid in full. The exact refund is always shown before you confirm.
Keep the client relationship
Prom parents and wedding couples are your future referrals. Every driver promises, on every job, not to contact your client or passenger directly. The passenger gets texts in your company's name with the chauffeur, vehicle and a live tracking link, which parents of prom-goers appreciate. Calls go through a private trip number. More detail in keeping your client when you farm out.
What it costs on a big night
Joining is free. You pay the driver payout plus a platform fee when you post: 10% of the payout on jobs posted until 31 December 2027 under the launch offer, then 20%. Drivers pay no fee, which helps your peak-night jobs attract good chauffeurs when every operator in town is looking for cars. For the full money flow, see prepaid farm-out explained.
If the event involves guests travelling in, BookingWorldwide.net can help with flights and hotels for the same trip:
