A Travel Desk for Limo Operators: Serve the Whole Trip
How limo and chauffeur operators can offer clients a travel desk: flights and hotels via BookingWorldwide.net, cars in other cities, farm-out cover.

Your best clients do not only need a car. They need to get to another city, sleep somewhere when they arrive, and be collected at the other end. When they ask you for help with those parts, you have two choices: say "that is not what we do", or become the company that sorts out the trip.
A travel desk for limo operators lets you take the second path without becoming a travel agency. This post explains how the LimoFarmOut travel desk works, how to offer it to clients, and how to cover the cars you cannot run yourself.
Why clients ask their chauffeur company
It makes sense from the client's side. You already know their habits: the airport they prefer, the hotel they like, the time they like to leave. Your dispatcher is the person they call when plans change. Asking you about the flight or the hotel is natural.
Each time you send them elsewhere, someone else gets a little closer to their trip. Each time you help, you become harder to replace.
What the travel desk gives you
The travel desk puts two partner services on one page:
- BookingWorldwide.net, our travel partner, for stays, flights, resorts, activities, flight-plus-hotel packages and car rentals. Searches start on our page; each booking is completed on the partner's secure site.
- A chauffeur booker that works with the LimousineWorldwide.Directory member network, for airport transfers, hourly cars and point-to-point trips in other cities. The price is fixed and quoted before booking.
You can send a client the link, or use it with them on the phone while they decide. Either way, the trip planning starts in a conversation with you.
Covering cars outside your own area
The flight and hotel are the easy part. The car at the other end is where operators used to lose the trip, because there was nobody trusted to send it to.
That is the job LimoFarmOut does. You post the trip in the pickup city with the route, the local pickup time, the vehicle, the passengers and what you pay the driver. You pay by card when you post, and the money is held until the trip is done. A verified chauffeur in that city accepts it.
On the way:
- Your brand travels with the passenger. Texts go out in your company's name, with the chauffeur, the vehicle and a live tracking link, through a private number.
- Your client stays yours. The driver never sees the passenger's phone number, contact details typed in chat are removed, and every driver promises not to contact your client directly.
- Airport pickups follow the flight, so a late arrival does not become a missed pickup.
After drop-off you confirm the trip, or report a problem within 24 hours, and the driver's payout is released. See the full flow on how LimoFarmOut works and the countries where members work most on the global hub.

What it costs you
Joining is free and there is no monthly fee. When you farm out a trip, you pay a platform fee on that job: 10% at launch until 31 December 2027, then the standard 20%. The driver pays no fee and keeps the full payout you set.
Because you set the payout, you set your margin. Price the trip to your client, decide what you pay the driver, and the difference after the fee is yours. When you post, LimoFarmOut shows what similar trips in that city paid, so you can price it to fill. For the detail on how the money moves, read Prepaid Farm-Out Explained.
How to offer it to clients
You do not need a new department. A few small changes do it:
- Add the travel desk link to your booking confirmations and email signature.
- Brief your dispatchers. When a client mentions a trip, they offer to help with the flight, hotel or car at the other end.
- Post out-of-area cars on LimoFarmOut as soon as the client confirms, so a local driver has time to accept.
- Follow the trip live and send the client a short note when their driver is on location.
If you also drive yourself, choose the "I drive and farm out" role so you can take jobs in your city and post the ones you cannot cover. The limo affiliate network page explains how operators work together worldwide.
Partners behind the network
LimoFarmOut is part of a wider network. BookingWorldwide.net is the travel partner behind the flights, hotels and resorts search. LimousineWorldwide.Directory is the worldwide register of chauffeur and limousine operators, and LimousineAssociation.International works on screening, insurance and vehicle standards. The National Limousine Association is another industry body many North American operators belong to.
A simple example
A regular client tells your dispatcher they are flying to another country next month for three days of meetings. Your dispatcher opens the travel desk with them on the phone, and the client books the flight and a hotel near the meetings through BookingWorldwide.net.
Your dispatcher then posts the airport pickup and the return trip in that city on LimoFarmOut, with the flight number, the local pickup times and the vehicle the client likes. A verified local chauffeur accepts. On the day, the client receives texts in your company's name with the driver, the car and a tracking link. To the client, you handled the whole trip.

Post the trip on LimoFarmOut in the pickup city. You pay by card when you post, and a verified local chauffeur accepts it.
