Replace Limo Affiliate Phone Chains With a Prepaid Network
A limo affiliate network that replaces phone chains, invoices and 60-day terms. Post once, pay up front, and verified affiliates in that city are alerted.

Ask any dispatcher how they cover a trip they can't run, and you'll hear a version of the same story. Call the first affiliate. No answer. Call the second. They're busy. Text the third. Post in the group. Wait. By the time someone says yes, twenty minutes have gone and the client is asking for a confirmation.
Then comes the paperwork: an invoice next week, payment in thirty or sixty days, and a reminder or two in between.
Phone chains held the industry together for years, and the relationships behind them still matter. But the process itself is slow, hard to track and risky for both sides. This post looks at what a prepaid limo affiliate network changes, and what it keeps.
What's wrong with the phone chain
The trouble isn't the people. It's the method.
- It's slow. One call at a time, in order, while the clock runs.
- It depends on who's awake. Your best affiliate may be asleep, driving or on another call.
- Prices are agreed by voice. Whatever you said at 11 p.m. becomes a disagreement on the invoice.
- Payment is a favour. The affiliate trusts you to pay. You trust them to run the trip. Neither of you has a guarantee.
- There's no shared record. Who agreed to what, when the car arrived, how long it waited: it's all in different phones.
Post once, reach everyone who can take it
On LimoFarmOut you post the trip once. It goes to the job board and to the phones of verified drivers and fleets in that city who supply that vehicle type. Pickups within two hours, and ASAP jobs, go to every driver at once. You can still share the job to your own WhatsApp groups with one tap, so your regular affiliates see it first if you want them to.
The first verified driver to accept wins the job. Or, if you'd rather choose, post it as taking offers and compare them side by side: company and chauffeur, rating, vehicle photos, free waiting and extra-hour rate.
There's also a shortcut for the message you were going to send anyway. Use Paste from WhatsApp and the job form fills itself in from the text. Our live guide on handing off a job while you're busy with a client walks through it.

Prepaid instead of invoiced
This is the biggest change. On LimoFarmOut every job is paid in full by card when it's posted. The money is held until the trip is done. A driver can never see a job that has not been paid for.
For you, the farming-out operator:
- No affiliate invoices to check and pay.
- The price is fixed when the job is accepted. A counter-offer or offer is shown and paid before the trip, not argued about afterwards.
- Extras, such as waiting time, overtime, parking, tolls and extra stops, are added by the driver and approved by you before they are paid.
For your affiliates:
- No collections risk. The money exists before they accept.
- The payout is released within 48 hours of drop-off, with no net-30 or net-60 terms. A new client's first 5 trips are released within 84 hours, to protect everyone from card fraud.
- Free bank payout in 1-2 business days through Stripe, or instant cash-out for a flat $2.
That second list is why good affiliates are happy to take your work. See prepaid farm-out explained for the full flow.
What it costs
Joining is free for operators and affiliates, with no monthly fee. The operator pays a platform fee only when posting a job: 10% of the driver payout on jobs posted until 31 December 2027 under the launch offer, then 20%. The affiliate pays nothing and keeps the full payout.
Disputes without the shouting match
With a phone chain, a disagreement is between two companies and their memories. On LimoFarmOut, you have 24 hours after the trip is marked complete to report a problem. Reporting it keeps the money held while our team reviews the job records, the trip chat and the trip location data. If nothing is reported, the payout releases on its own.
Keep the relationships you've built
A prepaid network doesn't mean dropping the affiliates you trust. Invite them. The more operators you already farm out to and from who join, the faster your jobs are covered in their cities, and the faster theirs are covered in yours. Most operators both give and take work. Choose "I drive and farm out" when you sign up if that's you, and see filling idle cars with affiliate work for the other side.
You also keep the client protection that used to rely on goodwill alone. Every affiliate promises, on every job, not to contact your client directly. Calls and texts go through a private trip number, and contact details typed in the chat are removed.

Frequently asked questions
What is a limo affiliate network?
It's a group of limousine companies and chauffeurs who pass trips to each other, usually when one has no car free or the trip is in another city. The company that farms out keeps the client; the affiliate runs the trip.
Do I still need to invoice affiliates?
No. You pay by card when you post, and the affiliate's payout is released automatically after the trip. There are no affiliate invoices.
Can I keep sending work to the affiliates I already use?
Yes. Invite them to join, and share your jobs to your own WhatsApp groups in one tap. They can accept like any other verified member.
What if an affiliate and I disagree about a trip?
Report the problem within 24 hours of the trip being marked complete. The money stays held while our team reviews the job records, chat and trip location data.
Trade the phone chain for one post. Farm out your next trip and let verified affiliates come to you.
