Roadshows and Multi-Day Hourly Bookings, Farmed Out Right
Farm out roadshow and multi-day hourly chauffeur bookings in any city. Prepaid hourly jobs, overtime paid through the platform and a client who stays yours.

A financial roadshow is one of the most demanding jobs in chauffeured transport. An executive team lands in a city, holds back-to-back meetings with investors across town, and flies to the next city that evening. Then they do it again tomorrow somewhere else. The car is their office, and the schedule changes by the hour.
Your client wants one company to run the whole thing. You want to be that company, even when the roadshow goes to five cities you have never driven in.
This post covers how to farm out roadshow and multi-day hourly work on LimoFarmOut, city by city, without losing the client or the margin.
What makes a roadshow different
Most chauffeured trips are a pickup and a drop-off. A roadshow is "as directed": the car is booked for a block of time and goes wherever the passenger needs to go. Meetings overrun, an extra investor is added, lunch moves across town. The chauffeur needs to be patient, presentable and quick on the city's streets.
Roadshows also cross borders and time zones. Business travel bodies such as the Global Business Travel Association describe how much corporate travel depends on tight itineraries and reliable suppliers. For you, that means every city leg needs a local chauffeur who knows the financial district, the hotels and the airport.
Post each city, each day, as an hourly job
The cleanest way to farm out a roadshow is one hourly job per car per day. Post the job with:
- The city and the start time in local time. Pickup times are set in the pickup city's time zone, so an itinerary written in another country does not cause a driver to arrive an hour off.
- Hourly booking length. Sedans and SUVs can be booked by the hour for 3 hours or more; larger vehicles need at least 5. Most roadshows run a full day.
- The known stops, even if the order may change.
- Conditions: suit and tie, water, Wi-Fi, phone chargers, a quiet ride. The chauffeur confirms each condition before accepting.
If the same executive needs a car in London on Monday, Frankfurt on Tuesday and Zurich on Wednesday, that is three jobs, each matched with a verified chauffeur in that city. Jobs can be posted in any city worldwide.

Overtime is normal, so plan for it
Roadshow days run long. On LimoFarmOut, overtime, waiting time, parking, tolls, extra stops and tips are added by the chauffeur at the end of the day, approved by you and paid through the platform. Nobody negotiates by text at 9 p.m., and nothing has to be invoiced later.
When you collect offers instead of setting a price, each offer shows the chauffeur's extra-hour rate and free waiting time next to vehicle photos and ratings. On a roadshow, the extra-hour rate often decides the real cost of the day, so compare it carefully. More on extras in get paid for waiting time, tolls and extra stops.
Settled in advance, in every country
Each day's job is paid by card when you post it and held until the trip is done. You do not need an account with a different operator in every city, and you are not waiting for five foreign invoices at the end of the month.
On the chauffeur's side, payouts go through Stripe to a bank account in the driver's own country, released within 48 hours of drop-off. Stripe's payout documentation explains how payouts to banks work in general. LimoFarmOut never sees the chauffeur's bank details; they are held by Stripe.
The operator pays a platform fee per job: 10% on jobs posted until 31 December 2027, 20% standard. Joining is free, and drivers pay nothing.
Protecting a high-value corporate client
Roadshow clients are often banks, law firms and listed companies. They are the clients other operators would most like to meet. Each chauffeur commits, every time they accept, not to reach out to your client or their team, and anyone who breaks that can lose their account. Every call and text uses a private trip line, and the chat removes any contact details someone tries to share.
The passenger sees texts in your company's name, with the chauffeur, vehicle and live tracking link. Every chauffeur's licences, commercial insurance and vehicle documents are checked by a person. Insurance is checked, not supplied, by LimoFarmOut.

When the itinerary changes
Roadshows change all the time. You can move a pickup time, ask for a replacement driver, or cancel with the refund shown before you confirm. Cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup is refunded in full; inside 24 hours, the chauffeur receives part of the payout for holding the day.
Keeping the client informed across cities
Roadshow clients usually have an assistant or travel manager following the itinerary from head office. Give them what they need without handing over your network:
- Once each city's job is accepted, pass on the chauffeur's name, vehicle and plate.
- The passenger receives a live tracking link and texts in your company's name, so the executive can see the car arriving outside each meeting.
- Follow each day as it moves through En route, On location, Passenger on board and Completed, and keep notes on which chauffeurs you would book again.
If anything goes wrong on a city leg, you have 24 hours after the trip to report it, and the payout stays frozen while the team reviews it.

Frequently asked questions
How should I post a multi-day roadshow?
Post one hourly job per car per day, in each city. Each job is then matched with a verified local chauffeur.
What is the minimum booking for an hourly roadshow car?
A full day is normal, but the minimum is 3 hours for a sedan or SUV and 5 hours for larger vehicles.
How is overtime paid on an as-directed day?
The chauffeur adds overtime at the end of the day, you approve it, and it is paid through the platform.
Can chauffeurs in other countries be paid?
Yes. Payouts go through Stripe to a bank account in the driver's own country, released within 48 hours of drop-off.
Will the chauffeur see my client's phone number?
No. The chauffeur sees only the passenger's name and the trip. Their conversation runs on a private trip line.
