White-Label Chauffeur Service: Your Standard, Not a Stranger
Run a white label chauffeur service through farm-out: texts in your company's name, tracking under your name, verified drivers and a client who stays yours.

Picture your best corporate client landing in a city where you don't have a car. They booked with you because they trust your name. If the person who meets them at arrivals feels like a stranger from another company, that trust takes a knock, even if the ride is perfect.
The better model is a white label chauffeur service. The trip is driven by a local, verified chauffeur, but everything the client sees carries your company's name. To your client, it is your service in another city. To you, it is a prepaid, recorded job with a clear standard.
This post explains how LimoFarmOut puts your name, not the driver's, in front of the passenger, and how to set up your farm-out work so every trip feels like one of yours.
What "white label" means on a farm-out trip
On LimoFarmOut, the brand that travels with the passenger is yours. The global coverage and welcome pages put it simply: texts go out in your company's name with the chauffeur, the vehicle and live tracking, through a private number.
In practice, that covers three touchpoints.
The confirmation text. When a driver is assigned, the passenger receives a text in your company's name with the chauffeur's first name, the vehicle, a live tracking link and a private number to reach the chauffeur.
The tracking page. The passenger's tracking page carries no branding but the booking company's. It shows your company's name, the trip status, the chauffeur and vehicle, and the car on a map while the trip is under way. No app and no account are needed. See Live Tracking Links for Limo Passengers.
The phone line. Calls and texts between chauffeur and passenger go through the trip's private number, so the passenger never sees the driver's personal number or a second company's name. The line closes 30 minutes after the trip. More in Private Trip Numbers.

The standard behind the brand
Putting your name on a trip is only safe if the chauffeur meets your standard. Several checks sit behind every job.
- Verified documents. A person checks each driver's licence, chauffeur or limo licence, commercial insurance, vehicle ownership and vehicle photos before they take a paid job. An expired required document blocks new work. See Verified Chauffeurs.
- Ratings on every offer. You compare offers with the chauffeur's rating, paid trips and approved vehicle photos in view. See Chauffeur Ratings After Every Farm-Out Trip.
- Named chauffeurs for fleets. If a company accepts your job, they name the chauffeur and vehicle, and they are shown as responsible for the trip.
- Clear terms on the job. Vehicle type, waiting minutes, extra-hour rate and hourly minimums (3 hours for sedans and SUVs, 5 hours for other vehicles) are set before anyone accepts.
The client stays yours
White label is not only about the logo. It is about the relationship after the ride.
Every driver confirms, on every job, that they won't contact your client directly, share their own number or take them as a client, now or later. Phone numbers, emails and links typed in the chat are removed. Breaking the rule can close the driver's account. LimoFarmOut never markets to farm-out passengers. So the next time that client travels, they call you, because as far as they know, it was you who looked after them.
Who benefits most from a white label setup
- Operators with corporate accounts whose travellers move between cities and expect one point of contact.
- Owner-operators who want to say yes to out-of-town requests without losing the client. See owner-operators working with operators worldwide.
- Travel desks and concierges who book ground transport for guests and want the guest to hear from them, not a supplier. Our travel desk page explains that side.
- Event and wedding planners who need several cars in a venue city and want the day to feel like one service.
Setting up for a seamless handover
A few habits make the white label experience feel natural.
- Brief your client. "Our chauffeur, [first name], will meet you" matches the text they will receive.
- Use your notes well. Put meet-and-greet details, sign wording and client preferences in the job's notes. The chauffeur sees passenger details once they accept.
- Choose on standard, not only price. On a branded trip, a strong rating and the right vehicle are worth more than the lowest offer.
- Watch the trip. Follow the live map from your job page so you can answer your client with confidence.
- Close the loop yourself. A thank-you from your company after drop-off finishes the experience in your name.

Frequently asked questions
Whose name does the passenger see on a farm-out trip?
Yours. Texts go out in your company's name with the chauffeur's first name, the vehicle, live tracking and a private number, and the tracking page shows the booking company's name.
Does the passenger see the driver's own phone number?
No. Calls and texts go through the trip's private number, so neither side sees the other's real number.
Can the chauffeur offer my client their own services?
No. Every driver confirms on each job that they won't contact your client directly or take them as a client, now or later.
How do I know the chauffeur meets my standard?
Documents are checked by a person before any paid job, and every offer shows the chauffeur's rating, paid trips and approved vehicle photos.
Does white label cost extra?
It is simply how every job runs. Joining is free with no monthly fee, and the poster pays a platform fee per job: 10% at launch until 31 December 2027, then the standard 20%.
